Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in developing strategies in fluid environments, with excellent business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
Experience in leadership with complex strategic and operational initiatives, across multiple products, functions, and geographies.
Knowledge of the current ML landscape, infrastructure investments and strategic priorities.
Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influence decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Develop and analyze the financial models to support strategic initiatives and improve on forecasting methodologies and frameworks.
Develop an understanding of Google’s technical infrastructure and economics behind the significant investments needed to support AI/ML demand.
Perform benchmark analysis and the operational assessments to identify efficiency opportunities.
Lead complex strategic initiatives in partnership with TI Finance and cross-functional teams to guide Google’s ML footprint and balance the requirements of the business while delivering capacity cost-effectively.
