Essential Qualifications

- Journeyperson certification or working towards journeyperson certification in carpentry, plumbing or electrical trade
- Recent experience performing minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Recent carpentry experience maintaining, repairing and renovating single-family and multi-family residential buildings
- Experience managing a high volume of maintenance requests across multiple properties
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Candidates should have and may be assessed on:
- Ability to use strong interpersonal skills to provide client service to a diverse and vulnerable client group
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload on a daily basis
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid vulnerable sector security clearance
- Must work after hour and weekend on-call shifts on a rotational basis
