Position: Logistic Executive
Experience: 3-6 years

General Purpose: UCAM is looking for a highly motivated and experienced executive to manage the company's logistics operations. The successful candidate will oversee the efficient movement and storage of goods, coordinating various logistical processes and developing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Main/ Essential Task
- Independently able to handle the entire logistics process.
- Lead the factory logistics team in the planning and implementation of initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics processes.
- To work with various vendors, including transportation providers and warehouse operators, to ensure seamless operations.
- Adept at identifying and resolving logistical challenges, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in the right condition.
- Budget approvals at the company level, help and advise departments on budget and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade agreements.
- To handle all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.
- Aware of bank forms and formalities for forex transactions related to imports and exports.Prepare data for management review meetings.
- Leadership skills & Team management.
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
- Prioritizing the work for the team.
- Due Diligence.
- Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the SAP environment and basic experience of tools like lean manufacturing, be well-versed with MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Have sound knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory management, GST and VAT.
- Awareness of productivity improvement tools.
- Additionally, the candidate should possess analytical aptitude and thinking, strong data collection and analytical skills for a complex project.
- Must be Self-motivated and self-organized.
