The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary.
There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.

Responsibilities
- Complete required documentation, including assessments, treatment/recovery plans, court reports, and progress notes, in compliance with agency policies.
- Deliver juvenile- and family-driven services, focusing on community support and case management.
- Apply trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care principles to support youth and families.
- Provide transportation, referrals, and advocacy, ensuring access to essential services within Chestnut and the juvenile justice system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with court officials, probation officers, and community partners.
- Participate in meetings, juvenile staffings, and program development while supporting team initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with supervision requirements, and complete all required training.
- Utilize available resources to meet the needs of juveniles and families.
- Demonstrate leadership with minimal supervision and uphold Chestnut’s standards of service excellence.
- Safeguard confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in a social service-related field.
- Valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance, and insurability.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, email, videoconferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
