Coordinate measurements, liaise with production, and coordinate the delivery and installation of doors and windows.

- Receiving and analyzing measurements.
- Adding materials as needed (aluminum, caulking, curved moldings, etc.).
- Verifying and approving requests for extras; if necessary, refer to the inspector.
- Ensure you have the installation date and that the production deadline indicated on the measurement request is met by the installer.
- Coordinate and follow up on any problematic cases during the measurement process.
- Liaison between salesperson/installer and inspector
- Research relevant information for purchasing parts in original orders;
- Plan priorities with deadlines
- Adjust measurements and sales price in the order, verify discounts
- Monitor and ensure production finalizes products for the installation date
- Minimum 2 years of experience in window installation planning (an asset)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Knowledge MS Office
- Functional English
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Analytical skills and ability to find the best solution
