Poste: Superviseur(e) des opérations de transformation

Le Verger du Roy souhaite intégrer une personne expérimentée pour superviser les opérations de transformation alimentaire : production de jus, tartinades, moûts, pétillants et autres produits artisanaux. Le rôle inclut la coordination de la production, le respect des normes MAPAQ et la gestion de petites équipes saisonnières.

Principales tâches effectuées

  • Planifier et superviser les activités de transformation
  • Assurer la qualité, la traçabilité et la conformité MAPAQ
  • Former et encadrer les employés saisonniers
  • Participer aux opérations : préparation, cuisson, embouteillage, étiquetage
  • Gérer les inventaires de matières premières et produits finis
  • Optimiser les processus et assurer un environnement sécuritaire

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en transformation alimentaire ou production artisanale
  • Connaissance des normes d’hygiène et salubrité (MAPAQ)
  • Leadership positif, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
  • Capacité à travailler physiquement et à gérer plusieurs tâches
