Receive and process service requests from clients and representatives by phone or email.

Main Responsibilities

Analyze after-sales service requests and diagnose issues to identify non-conformities and determine the appropriate action;

Research relevant information for purchasing parts in original orders;

  • FaReceive quotes and follow-ups for services with fees and collect payment;
  • Follow up on the various stages of files (quote, customer information) so that they are processed as quickly as possible;

  • Relevant experience in a customer service position
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to find solutions quickly
  • Dynamic, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage Problems and a high volume of requests
  • Self-control and good stress management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software
  • Good attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Bilingualism an asset
