Analyze after-sales service requests and diagnose issues to identify non-conformities and determine the appropriate action;
Research relevant information for purchasing parts in original orders;
- FaReceive quotes and follow-ups for services with fees and collect payment;
- Follow up on the various stages of files (quote, customer information) so that they are processed as quickly as possible;
- Relevant experience in a customer service position
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills and ability to find solutions quickly
- Dynamic, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage Problems and a high volume of requests
- Self-control and good stress management
- Good knowledge of MS Office software
- Good attitude and ability to work well in a team
