Experienced accountant or bookkeeper ready for a stable, hands-on role with real impact? We’re looking for a Controller/Senior Bookkeeper who can own the day-to-day accounting while also supporting financial reporting and strategic decisions.

You’ll report directly to the CFO and play a key role in the company’s accounting operations.
- Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
- Prepare general ledger entries & month-end adjustments
- Assist with payroll processing and accuracy checks
- Support monthly reporting & account reconciliations
- Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation
- Maintain organized financial records
- Support accounting and finance projects as needed
- 3–7+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Public accounting or CPA firm background strongly preferred (not required)
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
