What you’ll do

Provide high-level executive and operational support, managing calendars, travel, and meetings for senior leaders, ensuring everything aligns with strategic business priorities.

Coordinate projects and processes, tracking deadlines and resources while identifying opportunities for greater efficiency. You'll serve as a key communication hub, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and translating strategy into actionable steps.

Manage operational logistics, including organizing critical meetings and helping keep operations as we rapidly grow and expand. You'll also handle confidential data, expense reporting, and document management, ensuring everything is precise and professional.

What you’ll need

Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior operational leaders, with a track record of managing complex schedules and priorities.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.

Technical proficiency in various software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM/AMS systems, and document management tools.
