The Regional Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for:
- Execute the global operational strategy locally to drive growth, profitability, and performance
- Lead regional operations across Projects, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Construction & Commissioning
- Ensure successful EPC project delivery in line with schedule, budget, quality, and HSE standards
- Own revenue recognition, forecasting accuracy, and overall operational performance
- Optimize resources, capacity, and utilization across regional entities
- Drive cost control, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and lead high‑performing teams while fostering a culture of execution and accountability
The Regional Chief Operating Officer should have the following qualifications:
- Engineering or related degree; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of senior operations leadership within EPC and/or manufacturing environments
- Experience managing complex, multi‑site regional operations, ideally in energy or capital equipment sectors
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, supply chain performance, and operational excellence
- Willingness to travel regularly across regional sites
- French language proficiency preferred
